Hello,

Finally back from camp. The camp, overall, is a very exciting and enriching camp, with many ups and downs. It is always the case, where we always dread going for camps, and don’t wanna go, but after the camp ended, we will think, “Lucky I went.”

After our NCC Land’s shooting practice (IMT), went home before going back to school. We were split into 6 different platoons of different UGs. And of course, we are suppose to bond. I somehow became my platoon’s IC, and had to get them to come up with cheers and stuff. At first we were all dead. LOL. I apologise for being a bad IC, as, I’m a bad leader. LOL. 2 dollar chicken rice anyone?

I don’t really wanna go into what we did and stuff, as I’m lazy. LOL. But I’m glad I had the chance to be a leader and I hope in the next UG camp (March), we all can be even better!

Ok, that’s about it for the camp. I don’t wanna elaborate on the broken poles. LOL.

I will post a new photo tomorrow, Monday. I think some may like it as well, though I think most will still like the bee one better.

I am really considering volunteering myself to cover events for charities. Do I get CIP points? LOL. But first, I need to grow fatter and taller. LOL. Or else people will never allow me to shoot for them. Because they will think, “Why is this kid here doing with a camera? He play play or what? You sure he can take photos?”

But I really wanna shoot for charities. LOL.

I’ll be away for camp. I know you all will miss me. Had I known that it wasn’t compulsory, I wouldn’t have attended, for I will miss my cousin’s birthday dinner! Buffet in a hotel you know?? And I’m the photographer as well! Or rather, camera-man. Sigh. Nevermind, next year!

I guess I’m not gonna get some good shots for this week. Maybe Sunday? But I will try. And by the way, if you have not noticed.

Seems like everyday is quite happy. Today I boarded the bus, and took a seat in front, and of course with my lovely music in my ears. Then 2 girls boarded the bus, 1 tapped her card and walked in, the other tapped, but it had no value. Searched her wallet, but had no coins! How? She went to the BBSS student opposite me to ask if she had $2 change. She didn’t have. So I asked her if she needed help, and she asked if I have $2 change. Sadly I didn’t have. Looked into my wallet again, and I gave her 55 cents. And I always think, when you give something out, never expect a return. The 55 cents won’t return, but I just paid for a moment of happiness and joy. LOL. Very cheap eh? Smiled at her when I got down the bus. Ok, I know, self-praise. LOL.

And today, I went around “teaching” people how to do their Physics. Seriously, for those who know me, it’s very very obvious I cannot teach! My explanation is purely bad! But seems like they understand. LOL. What I get in return? Confirmation that I understand.

So, help someone today!

LOL. Very big announcement right? Please do leave comments, whether it’s good or bad, I accept all types of critiques, except rude and vulgar comments. Hopefully everyone will like it.

Today is quite a busy day, with many things to do and finish in school. Not listening for a minute, and you are gone! Tomorrow is gonna be another tough day, but I’m looking forward to History lesson tomorrow, as the teacher is very enthusiastic, which gets everyone’s attention and involvement. Too bad I only have History once a week.

Quite a lot of things to sort out, and homework to complete, so just a short post. Remember, visit my photoblog!

Tomorrow will be the start of a new week, which means school continues. And I guess I’m quite happy with going back to school, not dreading. But I might get scolded once I’m back in school. Why? Because I helped the Physics rep(?) collect all the homework from the rest, but yet I forgot to hand in my own. LOL. How silly and stupid right.

My homework not really fully finished, but should be done by tonight, which is a good thing. But I feel I’m forgetting something, but not sure what. Heh.

I will be once again updating my photoblog, but, A Photo A Week. Updating everyday is a very hard task to keep up with. Considering that I mostly shoot only on weekends, and I am trying to archive consistency in the quality of my photos, getting enough photos to post is hard. So from today onwards, I’m sticking to this rule for all my shots. Quality, not Quantity .

And to make my photoblog more known, I will be announcing here everytime when I post a photo. And it will be updated every Monday. So more people will visit, and hopefully COMMENT! LOL.

Today, I woke up at a time I usually wake up for school, around 6+ in the morning. For what? To take a walk with my camera, and parents, at Botanic Gardens. LOL. My camera hasn’t been in action for a while, since the school reopened. And I believe she is happy to catch some fresh air. Reached there at around 7, but was a bit too dark for anything decent, but it gradually turned bright. Took less than 50 shots within that 1-2 hours, but I was happy, because most shots are reasonable. Unlike the past, where out of 100, only 20 are acceptable. This is what I want! I’ll post them soon, but….

I do not know if I should continue posting 1 photo each day, as I haven’t been updating my photoblog, as I have no more good photos to show. But since now I have a few, I was thinking of a photo a week, or continue a photo a day, which might not be possible at times. And also, I was thinking, continue with my photoblog host, Aminus3, or host it all by myself? Anyone can tell me what I should do?

I’ve forgotten to post what I wanted to post. Here it is.

My interest in Wedding Photography hasn’t died down yet. LOL. Here’s another wedding photographer which I admire. They are very well planned and well photographed shots. It might look simple, but taking the shot is actually not as simple as you think. As I said above on this blog, Photographers make photographs.

Today is quite a nice day, although the weather was weird. And I did a good deed today. In fact, I try to do a good deed everyday, even things which are really simple. So everyone should! Then the world will be a better place. I helped a person, but the person didn’t know I helped. LOL. Sounds stupid right? Then you might be asking, why help when the other person doesn’t know? I would say, helping a person doesn’t need any reward. In fact, you do get a reward, joy.

And a teacher praised me today. LOL! I didn’t know till teacher pointed at me. I was behind her keep the laptop for a teacher, then she said,

… … like this boy here, who has initiative and doesn’t need me to ask him to do…

I was like… ok. LOL. Then the class clapped. I don’t need any claps, any praises. In fact, I won’t want to be praise, in case I become arrogant. I would be happy only if others have the initiative. Then the world will be a better place. Really.

And I did a last good deed for the night.
