Time for part 2! I don’t know how many parts there will be. LOL. Enjoy!

Japan 2008 Part 2

Ok, after finishing off the crabs, it was time for a new day. The main mode of transport was usually train, and I do love them. LOL. Not like our MRTs.

I was waiting for the train to a place called Hikone, and after that, Kyoto. And I love train rides because I get to listen to music while looking at scenery. LOL. Something like SNOW. But it was really sad, as after I reach Hikone, there was no snow!

More vending machines out of nowhere, and guess what? That’s my family! LOL. I said I would post some HUMAN photos. That was on the way to the Hikone Castle, which was beautiful, with all the maple leaves.

And yes, that’s me in the castle. LOL. I know it’s too small. Because the steps were so high and steep! Really. And a good way to end the day would be a nice sunset. Believe it or not, the sun sets at 4pm. It’s already pretty dark by 3+. The photo below is taken at 4.10pm. Sad, short days, long nights.

The next day, was the train to Kyoto, and it was ultra-packed! Because it was Japan’s holiday. Visited a temple at night where there were light-ups, and it was stunning, but super crowded. LOL.

The next day, visited MORE temples, but it was more for the maple leaves. As usual, super crowded.

Pretty cute duck. LOL. And not forgetting, VERY CUTE Japanese Kid.

Ended the day with Starbucks. LOL. It’s more expensive there you know! But the Cappuccino tastes better. Prepare for Part 3! TTFN!
